NDA

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), sometimes referred to as a confidentiality agreement, is a written contract between two parties that prohibits the sharing of confidential and sensitive information that has been revealed to them. Why is this necessary? Protection of confidential information is very crucial, and employees should be sensitised about taking care of confidential information of the company. Companies should ensure that non-disclosure agreements are signed with all employees.
