Founders Agreement

A Founders’ Agreement is a contract, that a company’s founders enter into that governs their business relationships and details of the development of the company. The Agreement lays out the rights, responsibilities, liabilities, and obligations of each founder. Why is this necessary? Disputes among the founders/promoters are not uncommon and this could be avoided with a well detailed founder’s agreement clearly segregating the roles, responsibilities and liabilities of each founder.
