Attendance Sheet

The attendance sheet is a document that helps record the presence of all those who attended the meeting. These attendees could include directors, shareholders and other invitees as well. Further, this usually also specifies whether the meeting was attended in person or via video conferencing. Why is this necessary? The Secretarial Standard mandates that every company maintain an attendance register for recording of the presence of the participants of its in person or video conference meetings.
